Autopack Machine

This machine was designed for
packing meat. Controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and pneumatics, and
manufactured from stainless steel and food grade plastic, it is
one of a pair built for Hilton Meats who are a meat packer for a
major national supermarket chain.
|
| We
have worked closely with the meat netting manufacturer and developed
this machine to be operated by one person thus reducing the number
of people needed (previously four) on the production line. The
autopack machine has been exhibited at food trade exhibitions
and we have had enquiries from numerous meat packers from around
the world.

Weather-Seal Fitting Tool |

Special Purpose tools designed and manufactured by Kovacs for the quick
on production line fitting of automotive doorseals.
|
|
Kovacs were approached by a major automotive
seal manufacturing company to investigate the possibilities of improving
current seal fitting methods. We were able to design and ultimately manufacture
the Auto Weather-Seal Fitting Tool which has now been in use for several
years by a number of major motor manufacturers. |
